If you encounter a dog that is acting abnormally, please contact the Dog Warden at 717-432-7192.

If you encounter a non-domestic animal that is acting abnormally, please contact the PA Game Commission at 814-643-1831.

Trash Ordinance

South Newton Township requires each residence to have trash service.  There are three ways you can be in compliance with the trash ordinance:

1. Purchase trash service by contacting the Southampton Township for a recycling tote and trash tote.

2.  Purchase 12 bags from either South Newton Township or Southampton Township.

3.  Submit a request for exemption, which the Board of Supervisors will review for approval.  This form in available on the website or call for a form to be mailed/faxed to you.
