South Newton Township Trick or treat policy. Trick or treat will be the evening of the 31st of October each year, unless the 31st falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. In which case, trick or treat night will be held on the Thursday evening prior. Trick or treat hours will be observed from 6 – 8 pm, regardless of the day.
