The South Newton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on November 20, 2024 @ 5:30 pm at the township municipal building. The variance request is for 495 Furnace Hollow Road. The property owner is proposing to construct a shed/garage with a corner setback of the building being 45′ (50′ is required). A variance is also being requested to have an accessory building in the front yard.
