| Right-to-Know Request | $0.25 for the first 1,000 black & white copies, $0.20 over 1,000 copies; actual cost for color, CDs/DVDs (max $1), flash drives & postage; plus, a $1 fee for record certification. Fees for specialized data (GIS, large datasets) based on actual cost and prepayment required if costs exceed $100. No fee charged for electronic redaction or for smartphone to photograph records. |
